The distal ulna is expanded by a cyst-like tumour, adjacent to the joint. It is a solitary, expanding, multi-loculate, well-defined lesion. The endosteal margin is visible and well-defined with a narrow zone of transition between normal and abnormal bone. There is a recent fracture of the radius just distal to the endosteal junction of the lesion.
