Description: Radiology case 48--6572 Clinical presentation: 52 year old male with anaemia.
There is Splenomegaly. The soft tissue density of the spleen extends to the iliac crest. There is a variable increase in density of the axial skeleton and adjacent ilium with coarsening of the visible bone architecture. The vertebral bodies are involved, but there is relative sparing of the structures posterior to the pedicles.
