substring*
or *substring or *substring* |
Placing an asterisk next to a
word or string will return results that contain the word or string as
part of a larger string, dependant on which side of the word or string
the asterisk is placed. For example, searching for "bar*"
would return "barber", "*bar" would return "foobar",
and "*bar*" would return "foobarber". Note that the
asterisk does not require that the search string be preceded or followed
by any other strings: searching for "bar*", "*bar"
or "*bar*" would also return "bar". |
Words |
Do not use short or common
words such as "it", "the", "on", "at".
Try to keep search terms at least 3 characters in length. |
Category Search |
You can greatly improve the
accuracy of search results by first going to a category where you might
expect to find what you are looking for. You then have the option to
search "only this category". This will search the current
category and its sub-categories only. |
