How can I manage back pain?

Back pain is really common, and dealing with it can be tough. While I can’t give medical advice, here are a few things that might help you feel better:
Keep moving: It might seem counterintuitive, but gentle activity like walking or stretching can actually help your back more than resting all the time.
Over-the-counter relief: Medications like ibuprofen or naproxen can help reduce pain and inflammation. Heat or cold packs might also bring relief.
Good posture: Make sure you’re sitting and standing up straight. A pillow behind your lower back can help when you’re sitting for long periods.
Listen to your body: Don’t overdo it! If an activity makes your pain worse, stop and rest.
It’s important to remember that everyone’s back pain is different. If your pain is severe, doesn’t improve after a few weeks, or you have other symptoms, it’s crucial to see a doctor or physical therapist. They can figure out what’s causing your pain and recommend the best treatment plan for you.
