What exercises can I do at home to relieve hand pain?

I understand that hand pain can be frustrating and concerning. While I can’t provide medical advice, here are some general exercises that may help relieve mild hand pain:
Wrist stretches: Gently bend your wrist up and down, and from side to side, holding each stretch for a few seconds.
Finger stretches: Extend your fingers out straight and then slowly curl them into a fist. Repeat this several times.
Thumb stretches: Gently pull your thumb back towards your wrist and hold for a few seconds. Then, move your thumb across your palm and touch the base of your pinky finger.
Grip strengthening: Squeeze a soft ball or stress ball gently for a few seconds, then release. Repeat this several times.
Remember, it’s important to start slowly and listen to your body. If any exercise causes pain or worsens your symptoms, stop immediately and consult with a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.
