Radial Club Hand (Subscribe)  

This two week old has a high grade radial club hand with a normal opposite extremity. The presentation is unusual for a radial club, as the thumb is relatively normal, with syndactylyl and hypoplasia of the ulnar hand.

I Deficient distal radial epiphysis
II Complete but short (Hypoplastic)
III Present Proximally (Partial aplasia)
IV Completely Absent (Total Aplasia)

Radial clubhand is a deficiency along the preaxial or radial side of the extremity.
