Dear collegues I have a 48 years old man who sustained a blunt trauma to left hand 8 weeks ago and developed fractures of proximal phalanges of 4th and 5th fingers. they were initialy subjected to percutaneous pinning. The 4th finger fracture united and kwires removed, while at 8 weeks the 5th finger fracture shows distraction and no signs of callus. Any suggestions for further management? -- best regards Tamer ELSobky Orthopaedic Surgeon --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Orthopod Mailing List.
