[Orthopod] periprosthetic humeral fr	Can't Post

Dear all
This patient who had a humeral head replacement and did well for the last 4 years, got into a fight and sustained this fracture.
What would be your advice? Please take into consideration that cable-plate systems are unavailable/too expensive.
