[Orthopod] distal radius

Dear Group, A 12 -years -old male presented with shortening of right forearm since birth. Clinically radial deviation of the wrist, limited supination t0 300 , pronation 600 Normal elbow flexion. Radiologically : short both radius and ulna but more in radius, growth arrest dista radius (? Delta epiphysis), radial deviation of the wrist. Had history of shin loss immediately at birth at the dorsomedial aspect of proximal forearm ,cause unknown. Suggestions on the diagnosis and further management.
