[Orthopod] congenital knee dislocation	Can't Post

dear All,
I should like know what to do with this little girl 6 years old with
congenital knee dislocation (multiple congenital deformities of arms and
legs). She was treated some years ago in other Hospital by Ilizarov hardware
trying to reduce lhe joint by closed technic, without success. Now she is an
intelligent girl that complains stiffness and instability of the knee; she
can walk with orthosis.
Some suggestions?
