DEAR Toegyii
Would get a S ALK po4ase folloewd by biopsy . Tibial lesion is most
likely direct spread rather than a mets, Requires a couple of cycles
of chemotherapy followed by local surgery. Wide excision of the tumor
is to be done. Amputation not ideal. follow up chemo is required.
