DEAR Toegyii Would get a S ALK po4ase folloewd by biopsy . Tibial lesion is most likely direct spread rather than a mets, Requires a couple of cycles of chemotherapy followed by local surgery. Wide excision of the tumor is to be done. Amputation not ideal. follow up chemo is required. regards jagdish On Jun 4, 1:42 am, toegyii <toeg...@gmail.com> wrote: > 15 yr female, complaint of swelling at lateral aspect of left leg > proximal third ,start wth pain no history of fever and trauma, apart > from this she is quite healthy.no history of tumor run in her family.X- > ray show classical picture of osteosarcoma fibula head and MRI show > metastasis to nearby tibia and subcutaneous popliteal extension.no > sign of metastasis to lung and viscera.biopsy shows osteosarcoma. What > should I do?
