To me, the location suggests Ewings sarcoma. However histological confirmation required for planning further treatment. If a specialised facility is available for tumour care, I would refer the case to such a centre since even tumour biopsy procedure has become important for definitive treatment planning by the specialised team. I am not sure of the facility available for you at Uganda. Will be interested to know how you have tackled this one. Best wishes. Dr. T. I.
