K-wires should work, but they are harder to place than you might think, will not prevent axial collapse, and are not very stable. However, it is what I would try first. Plates are OK but usually are the devil to put in and need taking out.

20 year old male presented to me with history of trauma to the left (non-dominant) hand fracture proximal phalanx middle finger he has clinically rotational deformity...
What will be the best possible treatment just cr under iitv and immobilization or kwiring
