Dear Group A 7-years-old female child had osteomylitis at the distal aspect left femur associated with septic A, had surgical intervention for drainage ended with growth arrest of lateral part of distal femur, at the age of 2 years had corrective osteotomy for distal femur, at the age of 4 years had fracture distal 4th femur treated by ORIF, consulted our OPD last week for help. Clinically marked valgus deformity knee, pelvic tilt, shortening femur around 5cm. Radiologically : complete growth arrest lateral 1/2 of distal femur, femoral bowing and shortening. Suggestions on further management.
