[Orthopod] GCT ileum	Can't Post

33 yr ,female,c/o of swelling at RIF x 2 month.No history of
fever,trauma,alter bowel and bladder function.
Previously she was healthy but her father died of some form of
abdominal tumor.On examination there was huge lump occupying nearly
half of lower abdomen ,soft in consistency,there is difficulty in hip
flex and extend.She is quite pale and we give 4 unit of blood and X-
ray shows radiolucent area nearly upper half ileum and incisional
biopsy result shows GCT without features of malignancy.For considering
further surgery there is difficulty in bleeding control as there is
profuse bleeding on biopsy taking.I have no experience in GCT
Ileum.give me advices.
