Dear Doctors, One male patient aged 52 years came to me on 3rd day of injury with Bi-condylar # of tibia with huge odema, bruise and blisters formation. Keeping the leg elevated for few days I have operated (open reduction and LCP fixation) on him on 9th day of injury. Recent operation.
