[Orthopod] A rare case	Can't Post

Dear colleagues..
This 25 y miserable girl came to my clinic complaining of diffuse pain allover her Rt. knee since 7-8 months, she is suffering from systemic lupus since 2-3 years,and nearly blind…?.. but no history of trauma to her knee…her bl. test showed the expected elevation of ESR …x-ray showed that strange appearance …can anyone tell me what's this, and what to do for her?....Thanx in advance.
