The next OTA is in Boston; abstracts are due March 1 (www.ota.org). Although
I can't make any promises about whether it is accepted, I'd love to see you
submit this for consideration.

Alex,

Thank you very much for that powerpoint. It is very helpful. I do
plan on learning this technique at some point. Actually, my wife
wants for the two of us to go visit you in Ekaterinburg! It is true
that the world is getting smaller. I am grateful for this forum in
which to share cases and learn.
