It looks expensive as aircraft but at least for this particular case
hardly ever it is more effective than generic Ilizarov rings + wires +
half-pins which can be produced by any garage workshop.

Do you plan to develop a new original external frame? Or use/combine
existing solutions? Do you mean segmental transport over the nail? Or
more universal approach?
