Good luck anyway though I would aply closed ex-fix with axial
aligmnent and compression (maybe then with attempt of distraction,
maybe not) and bilocal lengthening of the tibia. And immediate locked
nailing when needed length is reached. Consider foot frame to protect
the ankle, 9 cm lengthening can cause subluxation.
