THX for the presentation. It inludes an image with a small wire
distractor i posted in 2003. It should be replaced with the attached
one where 2 wires in the proximal fragment can be seen. The second
wire (inserted anteriorly through the distal part of the upper
fragment) helps to prevent apex anterior angulation.
