Re: fem head fracture Can't Post

Dear Dr Muhammed Amin Chinoy,

Very unfortunately these bulky mails have been coming on and off.

One solution may be for you to have a mail id with Google etc(free mail
boxes with large storage spacelike 2.5GB), check your mail on the web and
download the only attachments that you want to see. I could send you an
invitation for gmail if you want to subscribe to google mail.

Hope this helps.

Re: [ORT-L] X-IMail-SPAM-Connection fem head fracture [In reply to] Can't Post

I believe I am also one of the offenders with this problem.

When I post a case, I wait a few hours to see that it posted. The last case
I posted was not showing 8h later, and after re-posting still was not there
the next AM. So, I too have been guilty of repeated large postings.

Is there a problem with the server?

Does an administrator monitor this list? If so, would they kindly comment on
the correct procedure for case posting, attachment size limits, time frame
for expected receipt of post confirmation, etc?

This is too valuable a forum for malfunctions ;)

Re: [ORT-L] X-IMail-SPAM-Connection fem head fracture [In reply to] Can't Post

There have been numerous occassions and discussions as to how to reduce the
size of mails. Basically, one needs to edit his images, and resize them
before posting. On the Orthopod and Indiaorth lists, there are limitations
to the size of messages.

Myles Clough has a wonderful workshop at Orthogate, which I would recommend.
Its easy to learn and very useful.

Thanks

Muhammad Amin Chinoy
