Battacharyya article and Carlson articles attached. Carlson demonstrates approach for posterior medial and lateral sides w/o having to take down gastroc head. Both are fairly simple and give good exposure to fragments. Do not do w/ knee in flexion as is recreates the injury deforming force and makes reduction more difficult.
