[ORT-L] osteonecrosis of head talus Can't Post

dear colleagues
this patient is 35 y and one of our colleagues( anaesthesilogist)
complain from about one month of rt ankle pain on walk...didnt improve with medication\nsaids\
with MRI there what seem to be sign of avascular necrosis in talus but in the head which i think its unusual..labs normal.

seeking youir experience in this case and how should be treated....by only rest or with cast or by core decompression or else?

thanks

Firas
