Hello all,

are you using internal fixation for displaced femoral neck fractures in
older people or do you use arthroplasty? if so, do you use DHS or 3-4
parallell screws? do you frequently see unreducible neck fractures on the
traction table? I´m reading a recent review from the "Instructional Course
Lectures" from the AAOS where the authors recommend expanding indications
for internal fixation much more than I was aware of.
