Dear All,

A young female athlete, active competitive sports, suffered the following
injury in a Road traffic accident. Closed injury, presented to us on day 2
of injury.

I am attaching preop and post op x-rays for your perusal, comments and
opinion. We did a closed reduction under IITV and percut pinning with
k-wires

She is still admitted with us and shall feel obliged if I can be helped to
give her a better result. CT images in next mail
