have you ever seen this? a perisemilunar dislocation in a 9 y.o. boy, after a fall on the outstretched hand. initial closed reduction failed, open reduction by volar acess attempted but lost reduction in cast a few days later. reoperated with fixation by kirschner wires. on the second x-ray, you can see the operated hand and the contra-lateral one for comparison. cheers, felix
