Dear group,
30 years age female MVA front seat, head trauma + post column left
acetabular fracture, 2.5 weeks skeletal traction
She is now conscious but still confused witout any surgical treatment for
brain edema.

Latest X rays and CAT is attached.
Fracture within first 1.5 cm from the weight bearing dome, although AP and
Obtrator oblique good, iliac oblique view reveals some displacement
Im not sure that nonsurgical treatment will be OK
