[ORT-L] ORT-L discussion list

As a reminder to all the subscribers to this list, it was set up by the Orthopaedic Trauma Association for the purpose of professional interactions between orthopaedic trauma surgeons. It is an open list and not actively moderated, because it was felt that the topics would be pretty technical and of interest only to such professionals - and they would be perfectly capable of moderating themselves. Apparently some of the rabble have wandered into the room. If you are not an orthopaedic trauma surgeon or other medical professional caring for orthopaedic trauma patients, please unsubscribe from the list. If you are, please act like one. No personal crap on the list.
