[ORT-L] Neglected femoral neck	Can't Post

Dear All,

A male 50 years old referred to our institution from a rural hospital.
Injured Aug 18. Managed nonoperatively. Hip motions are pain free
except forced internal rotation. No other comorbidities.
Images attached. Looks like main options are valgus osteotomy or THA.
What would be optimal? Any other ideas?
