Dear colleagues!

A male 23 years old with fracture of the distal radius, managed
nonoperatively for 6 weeks, was referred to us.

What tactic should be preferred?
1. anatomical reconstruction by surgery?
2. or only mobilization?

Should this displacement be neglected taking into account the time passed after trauma and X-ray evidence of consolidation?
