Hello Dear colleagues!!! Here, where it is necessary to recollect main
principles of treatment of the fractures!!! This fracture has
unacceptable position, therefore requires re-reduction. Ilizarov’s
Method is a method of a choice in this case. After removing of all
hardware I have imposed Hexapod Ilizarov Apparatus, without any
changing of the position of fracture on an operational table and
without fixation of the knee joint. After operation I recommend
gradual distraction followed by translation and correction of
angulation. Thus you will receive distraction regenerate. Same it is
possible to make by classic Ilizarov Apparatus and Taylor Spatial
Frame.
Other method which unfortunately will prefer the majority, I consider
Distal Femoral Nail.
