Dear
I've had patient, women 42 yo, She has had an accident in july 2008:
Polytrauma, bilateral haemothorax and lung contusion, open fx left tibia (
Gustilo III A), closed fracture of right humerus with radial nerve paresis,
Multiple Th fractures treat with brace ( 14 weeks)...
Fractures of tibia and humerus has healed without problems. Patient has
regained her normal radial nerve function, but she suffer from thoracic pain
and deformity now. Symptoms from the thorax ( pain, difficulties in office
work )that affect her becomes main problem.
How would you treat this posttraumatic deformity ?
