There is a scoliosis with the point of maximal curvature at the level of the lowest thoracic vertebrae. There is a widened interpedicular distance at the same level. A curvilinear bone density is projected in the mid-line at the level of presumptive 11th and 12th thoracic vertebrae. There appears to be a defect in the posterior structures of the lowest visible lumbar vertebra.
