fractured coronoid of ulna LSBU

Description: Radiology case 423-422 33 year old woman who had a fall involving forced dislocation of her right elbow.
The view shows a subtle triangular chip at the tip of the coronoid process of the ulna. Normally in elbow trauma, there is a visibly displaced fat-pad from the joint effusion or haematoma.
