There are lytic areas in the metaphysis and diaphysis of the right humerus. Similar distributed lytic areas are present in the clavicle, scapula and ribs. The lytic lesions are predominantly in a medullary location and undermine the bone cortex from below, cortical scalloping. There is a fracture crossing the proximal metaphysis of the right humerus.
