New Guidelines Issued for Management of Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis Medscape CME

Description: February 27, 2008 — The Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) has issued 25 evidence-based, expert consensus recommendations for the management of osteoarthritis (OA) of the hip and knee. These guidelines, which are published in the February issue of Osteoarthritis and Cartilage, were intended to be adapted for use in different countries or regions according to the availability of treatment modalities and strength of recommendation (SOR) for each modality of therapy.
