T his report describes the occurrence of a secondary chrondrosarsoma in the cuboid bone, a most unusual loca- tion. All practitioners, especially residents and trainees, should be aware of this con- dition. Of interest is the increased risk of malignant change in patients with multi- ple exostoses. We describe a simple and biological approach to reconstruction af- ter excision of the tumour.
