Description: Dr. Max Cohen is in private practice at Greensboro Spine and Scoliosis Center. Dr. Cohen is a fellowship trained orthopaedic spine surgeon. His practice is limited to treatment and surgery of the adult and pediatric spine. Dr. Cohen believes spine care is best provided thru a multidisciplinary team approach. He works closely with other surgeons, physiatrist, physical therapist, and physician assistants to provide comprehensive state of the art spine care. His primary goal is to avoid surgery when at all possible. Yet, when all other treatment options have been exhausted he is extensively trained in surgical intervention ranging from simple microsurgical procedures to complex spinal reconstructive operations.
