Abstract: An 68 year old patient who had a lung mass which was invaded into the posterior mediastinum was scheduled for operation. Pathological material taken from the mass revealed granulomatosis reaction for tuberculosis. Postoperative antituberculosis therapy was started immediatly on the first day. The patient recovered and was discharged uneventfully
